Are you stressed ? Stress is the number one reason for hair falling out. Take vitamins and biotin pills . Also drink lots of water ! If you are stressed try to relax . Im just recovering from hair falling out due from stress. Good luck!

Vitamin pills don't actually have any effect unless your body needs them. All you need to do is eat healthily, drink a lot of water and make sure your shampoo isn't too drying. Make sure you brush your hair enough too, as I found this was the main reason for my hair falling. A good easy treatment is to rub olive oil through your hair, leave for ten or so minutes and then wash it out well. Also don't use a blow drier or straightener without heat protector.

My doctor recommended 5000 mcg of Biotin when my hair started falling out, and it's helped tremendously. I have to take it every single day or it stops working, but it's made a noticeable difference.

it could be alopecia. your best bet would be to see a derm. who can diagnose. vitamins will help nee hair growth, but not the bald patches. I have this, and it flares up once in a while.
