Best concealer for acne ?

Hey ladies I need a good concealer! I can't seem up cover the red/ purple a acne spots! I also can never find a good concealer! They always come in tiny packages and don't hold throughout the day. I currently use a neutrogena stick but I'm not a big fan of the sticks. Any reccomrndations?
