I have naturally red hair, and I don't plan on dyeing it, but I was wondering if there was a way to bring the red colour out a little more, as it's dulled down a bit, and I'd really like a proper ginger colour, without altering my original colour too much. Is that even possible?

I have naturally red hair too and am experiencing the same problem! I'm starting to think about dying it, because I can't really find a way to do it naturally.

Rinse with cranberry juice a few times a week. Or you could use a tinted shampoo or conditioner. Ice cream makes a red hair mask (not sure if its a fake red) but you could always loom into it.
