Does anyone know if I could make my own make up brush cleaner rather then spend like £20 on one?

I use baby shampoo. It's very gentle And it rim moves all the impurities on my brushes. I find liquid detergents such as hand and dish cleaner is Very hard on your bristles. As for using olive oil or other oils this is a good idea to remove stains from your brushes. They should only be done once in a while for deep cleaning as oils will deposit a film over your brushes if done on a regular basis.
