best brand and where to get it? i hate the stuff I have. OR what could I use to instead of primer?

What do you have? I use NYX original in white (leaves a nice shimmer through your shadow) or Urban decay's Primer potion. both can be found at Ulta! NYX is budget friendly!

Aquatique at lancome. It's not oily or drying on the lids. Keeps the true pigment of your shadow. It comes in nude or deep. I love it! (and i've used just about every eye primer out there!)
