Also, after brushing your teeth you can use a toothbrush to gently scrub dead skin cells off your lips. I do it twice a day after brushing my teeth and my lips are never chapped. Also keep in mind that certain lipglosses and lipsticks can dry out your lips too. So always apply lip balm before applying gloss or lipstick ;) hope I helped!

you need more natural oils in ur diet, organic and cold pressed are best. flaxseed,coconut,fish oil,extra vigin olive .

I would exfoliate my lios gently, and then apply liquid vitamin e. I would just put carmes over it and it seriously did wonders.

Gently rub a wet toothbrush on your lips and every night before bed put on a thick coat of Vaseline lip care and use the toothbrush to exfoliate away all the softened dead skin in the morning

Use a tooth brush and rub it against your lips then get a lip scrub and massage it into your lips then apply a Chapstick

Skinn cosmetics has a lip kit for dry lips and wrinkle lip cream and so far its good.Mac natte red lipstick dries me ot bt I used thanks stuff and it wks.
