My lips are always chapped, I honestly can't remember a time when they haven't been! I've used Nivea, Vaseline and carmex, and nothing has worked :( I'm sick of them being sore and cracked, any good products or tips?

Jack Black Lip Balm! My lips peeled constantly regardless of the products I used or amount of water I consumed. It has completely changed my lips. Get it at sephora or Ulta. :)

Make sure not to lick your lips and apply balm after brushing teeth. I like Burt's bees or babyganics kissyface. It says baby but use for anyone. ( I do have a baby though)

Stop breathing through your mouth. Nothing will work until you change to nose breathing. It will also improve your overall health.

I had a really bad habit and I used to ALWAYS lick my lips. When I eventually stopped and started using Vaseline when I went to bed and sleep with the petroleum jelly on my lips it helped a lot. I also got an extra toothbrush from the dentist and put Vaseline on my lips and scrubbed the toothbrush on my lips for like 2 minutes 3 times a week! Hope this helped

What you can do us exfoliate your lips with olive oil and sugar and scrub with a toothbrush. Pay dry with a wash cloth then put Vaseline on and viola! Baby soft lips :)

From my experience, drug store lip balms don't work and dry out my lips even more :( try a lip balm from sephora, it costs a little more but it works MUCH better. Some good ones I've tried are sephora's brand Shea butter lip balm (it's $5), fresh sugar lip balm, rosebud lip balm, caudelie lip balm :) my brother also told me he bought lip balm from whole foods called kiss my face, I'm trying it next!
