As a mom of a 14 year old....your parents know what is best. Wait until you are of age and can get one without parent consent. I know I wouldn't let my daughter get one.

I think they are doing it to help you! Wait until you're of age to make the decision. You're parents probably aren't doing it just to be mean, they have their reasons.
I always thought I wanted a facial piercing when I was younger, but my parents wouldn't let me get any either... because it would "ruin my skin." Now I am sooooo glad they did that because I'm not stuck with any ugly scarring!

It's something that you grow out of, I'm 16 and wanted piercings when I was younger. I'm so glad I didn't because it was just a "scene" fad that faded away. Don't limit yourself

whatever piercing you consider on your face, consider also that you will permanently have one or two holes, dents, or scars because of it. You can hide a belly button scar, not an eyebrow scar. Plus You would never be able to wear it at school. At my school we weren't even allowed to wear piercing retainers! Maybe your parents would be more willing to let you get one you could cover, like your belly. Lots of girls I know got their belly pierced at your age.
