I realise you have your reasons to prefer to wear makeup, but here are some good reasons to learn to love your bare face:
1) styes. Believe me, you do not want these awful things! They start as dirt or a foreign body getting into your eye and they turn into large, pus-filled painful infected bumps on the inside of your eyelid. They feel like you have a huge piece of dirt in your eye that you can't wash out.
2) conjunctivitis. I happen to be dealing with this right now, and it means I can't wear makeup for fear of prolonging it and spreading the germs and infection bacteria onto my mascara and eyeliner (so even if it clears up, one use of those if they've been exposed to it and I have it again).
3) breakouts. Yeah, I know foundation and concealer covers them up, but wearing them non stop and smearing them around with a pillow case as you sleep is only going to make breakouts worse!
4) unless you're going to volunteer to do your boyfriend's laundry, don't smear your makeup all over his pillow cases and sheets.
5) no matter how good your makeup is, unless you spend all night on your back, it'll budge.
You want to know the best thing for your skin before bed? Cleansing thoroughly and moisturising. Unless you want any of the above nasties, take my advice!

And about the bed sheets, even if they're your own, you'd have to change them daily, or at least the pillow cases. Because of the makeup getting into them/sweat/saliva/oil from hair...sleep on that two or more nights in a row and your skin will soon show its gratitude for poor skin care.

lol I sleep with my makeup on every day and take it off in the morning, Theres nothing wrong with my skin and I never get pimples or blackheads :/ other than a few on my nose offcourse. I guess It's just your skin type or foundation type... I do have a very sensitive skin though.
try a foundation with light coverage.

Go see a therapist. It's not healthy that you're that uncomfortable with your bf seeing you without makeup.

None it can irritate the skin and also can possibly cause you to get a sty, and plus your skin needs to breathe when you sleep just like you need rest the skin does to (: if your bf don't like you without makeup then he isn't the guy for you (: hopes this helps XOXO.

I don't think you should sleep with any on. It can clog your pores and make up break out. I think you should let him see you barefaced.
