When your using liquid foundation... Can you put concealer first?.. New to make-up sorry!

You can but it works better for me if input it after otherwise it just blends in And isn't effective

For powder foundation, you put concealer first. If bb cream, tinted moisturizer or liquid / cream foundation, you put concealer after application, before setting your makeup with powder.
