I need a flat tummy!

Sprin break is just around the corner and we're going to the beach.. I've honestly tried everything for a flat stomach.. Gym for two hours a day, 7day diets, eating healthy, and of course the magazine workouts.. NOTHING HELPS!

Sit ups! u will see results in 2 to 3 days... start out with 20 and work ur way up everyday.

eat mostly carbohydrates but exercise. like chelsea said, do sit ups. you might also want to do some combined workouts instead of focusing your energy on one specific part of your body. please drink water especially when you increase the amount of activity. you dont want to go all out, increase the intensity and duration of the workout slowly. you might also want to go for jogs and run a bit too. for workouts i reccomend nike training club its an amamzing app! hope this helps :) x enjoy your break
