Help! I want my eyes to look bigger and attention grabbing without wearing a ton of makeup! please help

I want to have my eyes look bigger and look more attention grabbing, but I'm 14 and I don't want to wear too much makeup. I have hazel eyes by the way if that helps any. I also want to make my eyelashes look a lot longer but i don't like false lashes

Apply kajal on ur waterline and thin eyeliner on ur upper lid n u can apply lots of coats of mascara on lashes.
