im a beginner and i feel that i over pack my makeup bag ..... please help

In my purse, I usually carry anything that I may need to touch up my makeup look on that particular day. I'm a pretty simple gal, so that usually includes mascara, brow gel/powder, and liquid/gel eyeliner along with any brushes I may need.... and a few lipsticks/lip color options usually float around my purse. If my skin is not looking so great or I have a blemish, I'll usually carry around some bb cream (and very rarely concealer).
I don't really bother carrying around face stuff on most days, any highlighters/contouring bronzers, or blushes... I feel like they take up space and aren't 100% necessary to touch up throughout most of the day. And I never carry any eyeshadow either, but I almost never wear any so that may be a different story for anyone who does wear eye shadow regularly.
