Skin CATASTROPHE!!! Please help.

My skin is breaking out all of a sudden for NO REASON! Mainly in my t zone. Any ideas how to clear this out? I HAVE COMPETITION ON SATURDAY!:(

I actually had this happen. When I turned 20. The weird part was I never had acne, maybe a little pimple here and there but never bad. Then all the sudden BAM acne!!! It was cystic too so it hurt so bad. I have VERY sensitive skin as well so I couldn't use most acne treatments. I struggled for almost a year with it till I finally found something that worked. It's called all in one acne treatment. I would look into it. Also look into a toner. It helped my skin clear up more :)
