tape, and the edge of a spoon will get a clean line. and at the ends, thicker the line to make the eyes smaller and cat-like, like Taylor Swifts

I use a brush, and a pot of Tarte Amazonian clay liner- puuuurfect cat eyes. Start from the inner corner of your eye, and work towards the middle of your lid. Then move to the outer corner of your eye- do you want your cat eyes pointed straight, or up? And how thick. Make a line either straight or slightly tilted upwards from the outer corner if your lid, and bring this along your lash line- meeting your previous line. Then you can go back, and thicken your 'flare' as much as you'd like to get the perfect line. Start small- work your way up ;)
