I LOVE the urban decay primer potion. And too faced has one called shadow insurance. They are both great.

I prefer Too Faced Shadow Insurance over everything else. The top three primers/bases I can think of for the whole beauty community are UDPP, TFSI, and MAC Paint Pots.

I have bought the expensive ones and recently tried the e.l.f. Brand eyelid primer and although I have to use 2 coats, a tube of it is only $1!!! It works great! I recommend the sheer color. It is light and makes the eye shadow color pop! :)
