k.. so i need some help figuring out what outrageous colour would look good with the horrible ewy bleach blonde my hair has turned out.
Basically im wanting to have a bright wild colour as my under layer of hair...

help?

Light purple, or aqua blue. Both would look great with your light skin.

I really love the pastel looking purple I've been seeing everywhere! It is a pastel but still bright!
