I feel Like wearing makeup is good because I feel beautiful but I feel ugly when I dont have it on and I all I even wear is just eyeliner and sometimes when I wear eyeshadow I feel like a hore because I feel like I look bad with it

You shouldn't, i think all of us have that boosted confidence when we wear makeup, it shows creativity and it's fun! I personally feel the same way you do, but it's cause were women, and women like getting dolled up! There should be no shame in that. From what i can tell your a very beautiful girl who i bet looks great without makeup too! (:
