I own clip in hair extensions but I've decided I want to get ones that are a little more permanent. Which technique do you think is best? Sewn in? Glued in?

I have had fusion (glued) in extensions a number of times and at the time I loved them. Although, they can be a nightmare. I have heard numerous stories of girls who have had clumps of hair ripped out by them. I haven't had a weave, but I was told that they are a lot of maintenance, you have to blow dry your hair (and the braid) 100% after every wash or else the braid can go MOULDY! Kind of gross.. My absolutely FAVOURITE semi permanent extensions are tape ins! They are also reusable, how sweet it that. They are anywhere from $30-45 a bag of hair and the install is super quick (30-45 minutes) they last anywhere from 3-6 months and you can reuse the hair. I hope this helps :)
