all of a sudden Im starting to get lil red bumps around the side of my face. I usually have normal to dry skin and I always exfoliate and wash my makeup everynight. what product can help my clear up my face?

Witch hazel, pure salicylic acid. Apply directly to areas affected. If looking for a short term remedy, try mint julep mud mask. It cancels the redness. :) hope I helped.
