Use a basic single or double blade razor. Sounds crazy but sometimes less is more

How convenient, related question, I've got a small bump in my armpit where I had ingrown hairs and it won't go away and I've had more problems with the ingrown hairs growing back the same way, anyone know how to get rid of that?

I'm the same as Isabelle... I just get them out with tweezers. Whatever you use or put on the skin, the hair will still be trapped underneath, which will cause the area to become inflamed and sore, and eventually you will get some pus (body's natural reaction following inflammation). If you do choose the tweezers route, wait until the hair has pushed it's way towards the surface to avoid unnecessary scarring

Use rubbing alcohol right away you're done shaving. It's going to sting duh, but that's good cuz disinfecting the cuts and burns. Then put lotion.
