Is there a reason girls like to be the color Orange?

There is a girl at my school, and she has bleach blonde hair, but her skin color, bluest eyes ever, and she's Orange!! Please someone tell me why you would want to walk around being the color of Halloween everyday, and have people make fun of you all the time?

I ask myself this question every day. I can only conclude that it's a total user-error mishap when fiddling around with self tanners...

Or incandescent bathroom lighting just makes them THINK they are brown.
