SOLARCAINE.
It's basically aloe gel with a topical anaesthetic in it. It's the bomb-diggity. I once stood in a fire ant hill as a kid by accident and my dad put some solarcaine on it. Pretty much worshiped the stuff every since.

Definitely Advil to take down the inflammation. And aloe vera us soothing. Slather on the lotion to prevent peeling and if you do peel, don't pick! We've all been there- SPF will now be your best friend.
