I had heard that if you break open the vitamin E pills and rubbed it on scars it would help, I for some reason also decided to rub it on my lips and after a few minutes I noticed they had plumped really big and they were glossy! Since then I use that instead of lip plumpinh gloss. Huge difference.

For me it usually lasts throughout the night if I keep my lips hydrated and moisterized, I have this burts bee chap stick that I love and I think works better than other chap sticks I've tried.
