So I know basics but I'm having trouble. I'm tall and am definitely scared of getting chicken legs again like I did when I was little...but my biggest problems are motivation, my asthma, and the fact that I live with my mom and she keeps on making me fall back on my diet by getting unhealthy foods...We're on a budget so I can't spend my own money on anything really. I'm gonna be a bridesmaid in a June wedding and I'd like to have most of it gone if possible by then...I really need help with this. Any little tips help.

Stop drinking soda, drink water or crystal light instead. Stop eating bread but if you have no choice but to eat a sandwich or burger take the top bun off. You can try Yoga like suggested.

From your profile photo, you don't look overweight? Are you sure you wanna lose 50lb? What's your BMI? If you have asthma, low impact exercise like walking is good. Don't go overboard trying to lose too much.

Girlfriend I highly doubt you need to lose 50 lbs. you look just fine in your profile picture!! But I would agree with everyone else, drink lots of water, NO POP, stay away from sugary foods, and be sure to eat at least 5 times a day just small meals. Do not go without eating. That will actually make you gain weight. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables!

I do slimming world if you have one of those maybe you could join, just eat heaps of fruit, vegetables make your own homemade chips and bake them in the oven, grill your meat, have one piece of junk food a day, choose brown bread over white bread or have white bread just not too often and check your Bmi, your Bmi should be in the healthy range stop when you get to your Bmi, check what is the healthy weight for your height.

Currently I'm 190. I should be around 150-145ish because of my height (5'9). I don't really tell a lot of people the numbers, it makes me feel pretty bad because I don't want to be so far over. I really appreciate all of the help, thanks to everyone!
