Can i apply moisturizer on eyes? And how to remove eyeliner. I use moisturiser with the help of cotton to remove eyeliner is that ok?

yes u can. I've used Ponds on my eyes. i don't have any suggestions on an eye moisturizer cause i haven't picked one up yet.
