I Need Cheap, But Nice Makeup? Any Ideas?

Ok, i need like eye shadows and foundations, i just ran out of my last tube, and it is so expensive and it kinda sucks! I need makeup that is cheaper and does not suck, any ideas?

ELF isn't so bad on quality, and Revlon Colorstay is a great foundation.

If you live in England or Australia, BYS is pretty decent.

Elf is horrible, and not even worth your dollar. I would get loreal if you have to by cheap makeup because it is made by the same company that Lancôme is.
