Size 13 And Shorts?

I'm a size 13 and I can never find shorts that actually fit me :( I have mommy hips and bigger thighs but a tiny waist. any suggestions on styles of shorts I should try?

I am your size also, and I have the same problem..hips, big thighs and a small waist. I get all my shorts at Aeropostale. They have sizes 13/14 and they fit me perfectly and hug me in all the right places.
Definitely try theirs. :)
