Yr welcome chanel.. that happens wen I left my brush at home. but brought with me a dried out pen liner n a gel liner to a sleep.over. lol.

I dipped the tip of d pen in d gel liner. the wipe off the excess..

If its a brush one not a felt tip I could see that working... especiallu on the go so if you lose it you won't feel like you lost one of your nice brushes.
