You can use a scrub from your favorite skincare brand or even make your own. Try google for DIY recipes(: I find my skin doesn't need exfoliation often so I do it like once a month maybe(:

I exfoliate with my own sugar scrub. I mix my favorite olive oil, Shea butter, sugar, and vitamin e. I keep it in the shower and used it over my entire body. I love it.

I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub on my body in the shower. On my face I just use my Clarisonic daily followed by a 10% glycolic acid gel.

Depending on your skin type you should only be exfoliating the skin on your face no more than 2-3x/week. Over exfoliation can damage the skin.

First decide was sort of exfoliation you need. There are two types. Chemical and mechanical. Mechanical exfoliators things with Buffing beads and your clarisonic. You feel them working, sort of like sand paper to wood. Chemical varieties include enzyme peels. No buffing beads. Both work, they just work differently. If you go to sephora they can sample you a few different types so you can see which you prefer.
I personally prefer peels, my skin is very dry and a little on the sensitive side. I have to use them less and they don't leave me skin feeling as squeaky when I'm done.

The Internet is the best tool for me when I am trying to buy specific items. Just search it in the search bar and order away. I'm also extremely busy so I don't have time to make many trips to the mall or other stores, so having it delivered to me is a really great option.
