NO7 Boots Mousse Foundation?

So my mom has been using the No7 Boots Mousse Foundation from Target for quite a while now. She ran low and was going to go restock at Target... unfortunately they clearanced out the product.. she's bummed but I was wondering if there's another product with the same coverage and quality like that one? Preferably Mousse Foundation. She's not a huge liquid/mineral powder fan. Thanks so much!!
