Hoola by Benefit. Not too pricey and one of the only matte bronzers I have found. Works with just about every skin tone and can also be used for subtle contouring since it is not shimmery.

I personally love ulta brand bronzer, it adds a sheen to face but doesn't have sparkle. And they are only $10!

My favorites are Nars-Laguna, it has a tiny amount if shimmer if you like a highlight, and if you don't Benefit-Hula is a beautiful natural looking tan.
If you really like a glow, the powder tantalizer from Lorac is really nice, and its a large round so it's good for neck and shoulders.

I use park ave princess by tarte on most of my clients. I prefer the matte waterproof one.
