Okay so I have really far apart eyes and they are slightly down turned.. partially hooded and I have a prominent brow bone.. how in the world can I do my makeup to make my eyes look flattering?

If you do a wing liner make the wing slightly before were your lash line would end, it will make them appear more lifted.
