try grabbing an 88 or 120 palette for cheap from coastal scents or bh cosmetic they r super cheap and that way you have tons of colors to play w !

if you want to go high-end inglot and mac you can make your own palette but they are pricier and not as many colors

I agree with Mallory try getting an eyeshadow palette that has many different colors or even go to ulta and pick up a bunch of single colors which sometimes is better since in a palette sometimes you won't use all the colors. And for lips I would just say pick up different lipsticks from a drugstore.
