Flakey Liquid Eye Liner.

Admittedly, I've only tried two brands of liquid eyeliner. I'm looking to broaden my horizons and this liquid one isn't very good. It flakes away and is jut kind of blah. Any drugstore brands that don't flake away as easily and is really like "I am here"?
