What is the best eye color to wear if I wanted to make my blue eyes stand out or pop? (Eye shadow, eye liner, etc.)

Eyeshadows:
Golds
Rose Golds
Browns
Coppers
Bronzes
Taupes
Silvers (for me anyways)
Champagne colors
Some pinks

Eyeliners:
Browns
Blues
Greens (depending)
White
Golds

Mascara: 
Browns

Blue mascara, helps a ton. Use max factor eye brightening tonal volumising mascara for blue eyes. Really helps them stand out. For eye shadows I'd say either dark colours like greys or light colours like silvers and golds.
