I want to buy a thing of Sugarpill eye shadow because I LOVE the colors. But my questions are, should I get the loose or pressed? What is a bold color that would bring out my blue eyes? What is a primer I should use or an alternative to help the color pop? & what kind of brushes would I need?
I'd like the cheapest things (primer, brushes, etc.) that would actually work, I don't have much money!
I know pretty much nothing about makeup, sorry!

NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Milk is like so cheap and will make any color pop.
As for colors bringing out your blue eyes, I would definitely buy Bulletproof which is a matte black, Tiara which is a loose super glittery silver, and asylum which is a loose glittery red shadow, Poison Plum is a matte purple, and Dollypop.
But honestly, you could make anything work if you're confident enough. :)
Any eyeshadow brush will do, Target has Sonia Kashuk and Elf brushes which range from 1-5 dollars.
