I have horrible neuropathy. Bras send my nerves into a spreading hay fire of pain. Even the dinky little teenager bras that don't offer a lot of support. I was wondering if any of you new of any GOOD strapless bras worth buying. At this point I don't care about the price. I like going bra-less, but for certain occasions or outfits it's not appropriate. I've looked at Victoria Secrets website and their's look promising. Please, help me!

Try any of the Victorias Secret ones, or maybe even try a bandeau. Its sort of like a sports bra, but strapless. I used to work at Macys in intimates, and I know they have a brand called Wacoal which Ive known has been good for surgery patients or those who are bothered with bras. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask me. I'll keep an eye on this post. :)

Why don't you have a corset made? You can have a custom corset made for about $300...people who are into authentic costumes do this. You can have it made to spec with hooks instead of lace, and you obviously don't have to lace it very tightly, but they do offer a lot of support without impacting your shoulders. You just wear like a camisole underneath it to keep it clean. It'll last forever, it's fully adjustable if you lose or gain weight and shorter ones don't impact your movement at all (sitting down and such). Plus, you'll never have to worry about muffin top or other shaping problems.
Just an idea.

i LOVE the corset idea, Stephanie!
But as far as strapless bras go I liked the Lilyette (by Maidenform) Strapless but they only go up to a DD so I cannot wear them anymore =( I loved it way more than any bra with straps I had and you can find them at Macy's. The Wacoal's strapless bras aren't bad either, but I preferred the Lilyette brand for strapless

I'll look into all these ideas. Thanks guys! I honestly hate bras. I just need one for important occasions and my dresses. I'll have to stop into Macy's and check out some of these brands.
Stephanie, I would have a corset made, but any pressure to any part of my body causes pain. I finally broke down and decided to wear tights, loose skirts, and dresses. I was such a jeans and t-shirt person. Thanks for the suggestion.
