I get these real bad... The things that have helped me a bit is exfoliating, and using unscented lotion, or no lotion at all.

Using conditioner in place of shaving cream should make your legs really smooth and keep you from getting shaving bumps

There is this shave cream called Coochie (I know LOL) but I swear by this stuff. It's amazing and worth every penny. I use it in the bikini area, under arms and legs. Then after I shave I apply Bikini Zone gel.
