Hello all! Would love to hear about people's tips and tricks on avoiding and getting rid of the ever annoying keratosis Pilaris or also known as chicken skin? I have my good days and bad days with it, heard krill oil is great help, anyone ever tried it? X

KP Duty is great but expensive- if you need a cheaper option I recommend Amlactin lotion from the drugstore- works great! Many dermatologists recommend it. The key is to look for a product that contains lactic acid.

Dermadoctor works sooooo well! I use the scrub (on dry skin and then add water) and the lotion. It has fixed my skin!
