Foundation with Best Coverage?

Hey y'all! I'm looking for the liquid foundation with the best coverage. I have a skin condition that makes my cheeks splotchy and really red, so coverage is my top priority. Any suggestions? Also if anyone has a recommendation for a foundation that isn't liquid that's fine too! Thank you!
