Hi Kate, I checked out your blog and I'm looking forward to more posts. I love the nail wheel idea but I dont have a Sally's and I dont like buying online unless its the only way(: Any ideas? Thanks

Google beauty supply shops in your area, maybe you have something comparbale to a Sallys? Just make sure they are open to the public and you don't need a license to shop there. Other wise I've seen girls who have journals with swatches of each color they own on each page in their journals. :)
