wash them with a damp toothbrush dipped in bicarbonate of soda:) hope that helps

bite into a strawberry and rub it along your teeth. The acids should dissolve some stains. The inside of a banana skin also has the same effect if you wanna try it :-)

I'm a dental assistant and I would say depending on how sensitive or strong your tenth are, you want to use caution with whatever method you choose. Over the counter I like Rembrandt whitening with trays. It's like $20 at Target and works awesome! If you fast results go to your dentist and ask if they carry whitening gel (it's usually stronger and has ingredients in it that may reduce sensitivity.
