I wash it every 2 or 3 days

Four days max for me. Two if I workout. And for the skeptics.....everyone's hair texture has a lot to do with how often the hair is washed. I have super curly hair and if I washed everyday I will experience severe breakage. I didn't get waist length hair via daily washing. Its all about knowing what's best for each individual head of hair....what works for you might not work for another. :)

I don't have very thick hair so it gets oily pretty quick. But later I've been Showering every other day and using dry shampoo on my 'no shower' days. Apparently if you keep up a strict schedule of washing every two or three days your hair will stop producing so much oil and you will not have to shower as much. It's working for me so far! It's been two weeks and I've noticed a huge difference. My hair looks so much healthier and doesn't get oily as quick, than when I showered every day. Also try not to straighten your hair, instead curl it, because curling pulls your hair away from your head so it takes longer for the oil to travel. Straightening just pulls the oil through your hair.
I use batiste dry shampoo. It's amazing!!

Every second day.
Every third if a hairdresser washes my hair. For some reason haha.
I use dry shampoo sometimes so I don't have to wash it as often but it still makes me feel dirty :/ it's annoying.

I used to wash my hair everyday up until after university. It's only recently that I started not to. I usually shampoo every other day, will skip 2 days if hair doesn't get too oily. I don't think I could go any longer than that, my scalp would itch...

Once or twice a week I'll shampoo it. If its gets a little product heavy (I curl my hair often, so haiiiirspray!) I'll give it a good rinsing in lukewarm water and give if a good hand scrubbing. TiGi's Rockaholic dry shampoo and sexy Jake's powder play are my go tops if my hair get oily. Which is doesn't. I have very dry hair naturally, and the coloring I do doesn't help, haha!

Hm. That makes it sound like I don't use conditioner. I do, just incase someone thinks I don't.

I have very fine hair, but I have a lot of it so its pretty thick. I wash my hair in the morning and by that night it needs to be washed again. Needless to say I have to wash my hair everyday or I look trashy. How in the world do people go 3 days without washing there hair?!?

I have to wash my hair every morning because I can notice the oily roots in the morning, this is very annoying. Is there anything I can use to help get rid of the oily look?
