What's a good cream for dry skin & FACE?!

Baby oil is amazing for dry skin, wouldn't recommend it for your face as its far too greasy. If you have very dry skin on your face I'd recommend a night cream! The Body Shop do an amazing aloe vera one!

Try coconut oil, argan oil, or vaseline. these are great natural moisurizers for dry skin.

I agree, coconut oil. Also, exfoliate so that your skin can absorb whichever moisturizer you use.
