look up apple/cinnamon water. it's a detox and energy giver. I don't have the recipe but I'm sure if you googled it you can find it :)

no it does not. sorry. bloating is caused my gasses that are hard to move through. water is what helps detox and flushes it out. and considering your body mass is made up of 60-70% of water it's what your body needs.

Pretty much the only thing you can do is lower your calorie intake for the next 10 days and work out every day try hot yoga maybe do a detox
