i have had short hair for years but i am trying to grow it long so far its able to go it a small pigtail but i am worried about getting spilt ends trimmed it might make my hair length short again what should i ask for and how long in general will it take to grown to mid neck length maybe just above shoulders?

I have the same "problem"..
I have a undercut alle the Way around my backhead and ón the sides.. I actually only have hair on the top of my head :b i've had short Hair for about 3 years now - and I've desided to let it grow now! My plan is to wash it In mane and tail (just to try it out too)
And i'll massage my roots everytime i shower.. My Hair groes quite fast naturally, so i'm going to stay away from the hairdresser for a while and then just take good Care of my Hair for a while! :)

I cannot stress how much Mane and Tail has helped me grow my hair out! I use to have a pixie and now it's reaching my collar bones. My hair actually grows super slow, and I was really worried about getting it cut too, but if you go to a trusted Salon and give them ideas of styles you want, you can tell them that you really want to keep the length you have now, I did that and it turned out great, don't forget to tell them that you're growing it out so they know to cut it to look good even when getting longer.

Biotin is great, coconut oil & tea tree oil has helped me tons too! Regular massaging REALLY makes a difference

Honestly if you're in the US you can get biotin or mane and tail just about any drug store or grocery mart, but outside of the US I'd really have to say look around online.
