Drugstore or High End Foundation, that won't break me out!?

I have really oily skin, I fixed my acne situation and now I just need a foundation to cover up the scars and to even out my skintone. Any suggestions? :)

Maybeline's matte foundation is great or Neutrogena matte foundation are both really great

Target No.7 in a deep is a nice foundation or Mary Kay foundation. they have a few to choose from depending on the look you want to achieve. MK also has a nice deep concealer I use w/ my foundation to cover my blemishes..
