Trouble with Eyebrows

I have blonde hair, brown eyes, and dark brown eyebrows. In makeup videos, they always fill in their brows and they can change the shape. How can I change the shape or "fill them in" if they are dark brown?

Brushing them upward, shaping them with a brow brush and securing them with brow gel can help you shape them to an extent, the. filling them in helps them look like they are naturally that beautiful.
