Acne Problems!! Please Help!!

I have this big pimple on my chest and I don't know how to get rid of it!! It started out small then started pussing and it's really big now!! I'm going on a vacation to Mexico in about a week and a half and I don't want it there when I'm wearing my swimsuits because then it will be really noticeable! Anybody have any suggestions or tips?
